Policies

Deposits, a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all Adventure Bus bookings.

Payment must be made, in full, on or prior to the date of the event.

Payment Methods
Internet Bank Transfers and cash (Please provide exact amounts as staff do not carry cash on board to make change).

* There will be a $30.00 fee charged per N.S.F. cheque
*Please note that a travel surcharge may apply to locations outside of the City of Edmonton.

Class Cancellation and Makeup Policy:

Adventure Bus will make every effort to make up classes or events that are cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, mechanical issues or any other unforeseeable circumstances. In the event a class or event cannot be made up, your fees will be pro-rated accordingly.
